I am often asked about the option of purchasing some of my custom home plans so I will now be making available a few of my floor plans for purchase. I will be offering these plans as both pricing sets or construction sets.

The Construction Set will include floor plan, elevations, electrical plan, framing and details. You will need to have engineered per local guidelines. This set will be able to be used for permitting and bidding.
